<p><span style="color:black">This week, our office will be mailing out the annual IT billings to the agencies for whom we provide services/support (including the annual ITA billing). The billings will be sent as a single package via statehouse mail (or U.S.
postal service) to department directors, agency heads, and elected officials. Monthly billings will NOT be included in the package.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="color:black">For reference, I’ve attached the service and billing descriptions sheet that will be included in the packet. Please note that not all agencies contract for all services we provide.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="color:black">In past years, a few of you have requested that I email you the billing details for your specific agency as a courtesy. If you would like me to email you the specific amounts your agency is being billed for this year, please reply
to this email and I would be happy to forward that information to you individually. Please also include any additional staff (such as fiscal) whom you would like me to include.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
