<p><span style="color:black">This week, our office will be mailing out letters to your agency directors/administrators detailing credit/bill adjustments we have made to two (2) of our annual billings following an extensive review with the Division of Financial
Management. The adjustments mean a credit or return of some funds to every agency who was billed. The original billings were sent out in August.
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="color:black">If your agency has already paid one or both of these bills, our financial section will process a refund for the appropriate portion. For agencies who have not yet paid, an appropriate adjustment will be made to your outstanding
invoices. The billings that have been adjusted are:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
