Bets Big on Accelerating Learning Recovery</span></a><o:p></o:p></p>

urgently need extra support to get back on track. The American Rescue Plan Act designates billions of dollars for schools to help students recover and accelerate learning through the ESSER III set-asides, including $22 billion targeted for comprehensive afterschool
and summer enrichment, presenting a unique opportunity to maximize those hours beyond school time to reengage, recuperate from learning loss and accelerate student growth and development.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

can long-established programs led by nonprofit organizations partner with school systems to access funds? How can we make sure that funds are supporting the effective integration of enrichment, social-emotional learning and academics? How will these highly
effective programs expand access to the 19.4 million children nationally who would participate if a program were available to them?</span><o:p></o:p></p>
