<p class="x_MsoListParagraph"><span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; color:#1F497D">Plan to spend significant time onboarding the product. Each classification has to be matched to a PayScale job before you’re able to access data and
 it is not a quick process. The system lags between screens several seconds. If you’re trying to research market data for a new job that hasn’t been created yet, you still have to create a fictitious job code to get the data. Also, it is not possible to separate
 public and private sector companies. It’s all lumped together under “company.” This is why we’ve been unable to use it for annual benchmarking since we provide a public sector and private sector number separately. Another aspect in question is that when I
 try to pull data for the Baton Rouge local market, I don’t get data actually from Baton Rouge.  The system provides data from comparable cities all across the country in the report. This data also seems to be much lower than what we usually see in our other
 product, CompAnalyst. </span></p>
