<p>Our job and pay structures are changing on July 1, 2020. The new structure makes career options easier to understand and emphasizes your ability to grow within the State of Missouri. This structure also helps you align your professional goals with a career

<p>The total number of job titles will be reduced by almost half, from 850 to 472. As a result, most team members will experience a change in job title.<o:p></o:p></p>
