<p class="MsoNormal">Just a quick survey about the Executive Director position at your Board of Pharmacy – if you have separate regulatory board for Pharmacy. If you could provide your salary range minimum and maximum, and current pay it would much appreciated.
A response by January 20 would be great.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">For Minnesota the salary range for this position is $104,484 to $149,480, with our present Executive Director paid at the top of the range. It is a requirement that the individual be a Pharmacist, and the Board has 24 staff positions and
a $4.3 million annual operating budget. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We have recently completed a Hay Study for the position, and are evaluating our market position. This is a position in Minnesota that is assigned to a range higher than Hay Points would indicate due to labor market considerations.<o:p></o:p></p>
