<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">In Louisiana, we do not have a premium pay for the CPA certification, but agencies may award employees a lump sum for the attainment of it if they have it in their Rewards and Recognition policy and it is job
related. Agencies can also award a higher starting salary when hiring candidates that already possess it. Both types of pay are at the agency’s discretion, however. Let me know if I can be of further assistance?<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Wisconsin provides a total $0.50/hour add-on, broken out into two $0.25 steps: the first for passing the CPA exam, and the second upon actual certification. The CPA must be relevant to the job. We are looking to compare this with other
