<p class="MsoNormal">For Minnesota the salary range for this position is $104,484 to $149,480, with our present Executive Director paid at the top of the range. It is a requirement that the individual be a Pharmacist, and the Board has 24 staff positions and
a $4.3 million annual operating budget. <u></u><u></u></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We have recently completed a Hay Study for the position, and are evaluating our market position. This is a position in Minnesota that is assigned to a range higher than Hay Points would indicate due to labor market considerations.<u></u><u></u></p>
