<span style="color:red">no, a resolution in 2011 was passed and recognized it for that year but I can’t find anything since then In 2020 legislation was introduced to observe Juneteenth on the 3<sup>rd</sup> Saturday of June and to require a proclamation from
the Governor – it did not make it to a vote. </span>Please explain. <o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo3">If your state does not currently observe Juneteenth, are there plans to acknowledge or celebrate in 2021?
