<p class="MsoNormal">A quick question for any states who offer Paid Family Leave for employees who adopt a child. If your employee is a stepparent who is adopting a stepchild or stepchildren, would you allow paid family leave for that circumstance?

<p class="MsoNormal">We have had a request to do so and our policy does not specifically make them ineligible, although one could say that was not the intent of paid family leave for adoption. Just hoping to get info on what other states who offer paid family
