<p class="MsoNormal">We look forward to hosting our annual conference in Mississippi this October 17-20. As we are finalizing details and contracts, we would like to get an idea of how many will be attending the conference this year. Many Covid-related regulations
have changed since we last surveyed you in March, so we would like to survey you again regarding this year’s conference. Therefore, we ask that you respond to this survey even if you completed the previous survey in March.
