It contains an analysis of base salary, pay plans, benefits, retirement, leave, compensation mechanisms, etc. The last several reports can be found <a href="https://protect-us.mimecast.com/s/73eHCZ6nG0U4ZvvHz1OVD?domain=dhr.colorado.gov">here</a>.</div><div><br></div><div>We are considering a move to where the current level of analysis is done every 4 years and a smaller basey salary and pay plan market review is done every year that would be used for budget projections and recommendations.
