<p class="MsoNormal">We have had difficulty finding good labor market matches for roles within our Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners. Specifically, the role of Inspector, which is responsible for physically inspecting and auditing facilities that practice Cosmetology,
Esthetics, Manicuring, and Natural Hair Care to ensure compliance with training, sanitation, record-keeping and other requirements has been difficult to find matches to assist with market pricing. These roles require a high school education or GED, but also
must be licensed as a Cosmetologist in the State of NC by the NC Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners and must have four years’ experience as a licensed cosmetologist including as a salon owner or manager. Similarly, the supervisor role must also be licensed with
at least five years of experience, including experience as a salon owner or manager.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">We understand that various states may handle these services differently, but wondered if you have similar jobs within your state and, if so, if you can provide the average salary for both the inspector level and the supervisory level of
work?<o:p></o:p></p>
