<p class="MsoNormal">We do not have geographic differentials, but we do have other pay options when recruiting and retention are a concern. Two commonly used options include Special Entrance Rates and Premium Pay. Special Entrance Rates are a rate above the
minimum rate, but serve as a “new minimum” in that all new hires are paid at the SER. Premium Pay is an hourly amount in addition to the base salary. Please let me know if I may be of further assistance?<o:p></o:p></p>
