<p class="MsoNormal">Washington uses the Willis Point Factor Job Evaluation System to evaluate these positions based on the submitted position description. We evaluated these positions on three factors: knowledge and skills, mental demands and accountability.
We then use the Willis System to assign points to each factor that determined the salary plateau.
