<p class="MsoNormal">For example, Wisconsin provided a 2.0% General Wage Adjustment on January 2, 2022, and will have another 2.0% General Wage Adjustment effective January 1, 2023. Although we have been expanding the use of within-range pay progression, less
than 25% of WI employees are eligible for pay progression in a given year.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">In November, I will share a concise compilation of results to all responding states. I have attached the compilation shared two years ago.
