<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">What general increases have been applied – or are scheduled – in the current fiscal year? Do many employees (approximately at least 25% of the workforce) receive within-job step increases
in addition to these general increases?<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l1 level1 lfo3">What general increases have been applied in the previous fiscal year? Did many employees also receive within-job step increases in addition to the general increases?<o:p></o:p></li></ol>

<p class="MsoNormal">For example, Wisconsin provided a 2.0% General Wage Adjustment on January 2, 2022, and will have another 2.0% General Wage Adjustment effective January 1, 2023. Although we have been expanding the use of within-range pay progression, less
than 25% of WI employees are eligible for pay progression in a given year.<o:p></o:p></p>
