memo</a> pushing for an 8.7% COLA for all state team members and an increase in shift differentials to $2 per hour for congregate care staff. He is pushing for this to take effect March 1, 2023.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

in the legislative process, so you all may not have this information yet; however, anything you are able to share would be greatly appreciated. It could help us paint the picture of what other states are doing. We have a very quick turn around on this, so
