memo</a> pushing for an 8.7% COLA for all state team members and an increase in shift differentials to $2 per hour for congregate care staff. He is pushing for this to take effect March 1, 2023.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Calibri Light",sans-serif">I am reaching out to you to see if any of you have had leads on what your state is planning for FY24 and/or if you would be able to share that information? I realize it is still early
in the legislative process, so you all may not have this information yet; however, anything you are able to share would be greatly appreciated. It could help us paint the picture of what other states are doing. We have a very quick turn around on this, so
if you could send your response by noon tomorrow, Friday, January 13, we would be so appreciative.<b><o:p></o:p></b></span></p>
