<p class="MsoNormal">Just as FYI – we recently implemented a new Trainee Progression Policy which allows agencies to hire someone who does not meet the required E&E to be hired in a trainee progression of up to two years duration in order to gain the experience
needed to meet the minimum (if no fully qualified candidates remain in the applicant pool). The pay administration guidelines for setting salary for such a hire are that salary may be set between 10% below the minimum of the range up to the top of the first
quartile, not to exceed the salary of any current, fully-qualified employees in the class at the culmination of the trainee period.<o:p></o:p></p>

long-term care facilities, home health agencies, hospices, residential board and care facilities, personal care homes, ambulatory surgery centers, end stage renal dialysis units, rural health clinics, screening mammography facilities, emergency equipment,
