While the class specs are attached, each agency can designate their own preferences for Executive Management positions and at times the positions may be appointed without a competitive recruitment. We use EXMT01, EXMT02, and EXMT03 for CFO positions. The level depends on the agency's total funds, diversity of funds, and other metrics. The salaries listed on the class spec are monthly 90% of MPP (our hiring rate) to MPP.
