<p class="MsoNormal">The State of South Dakota is reviewing project management needs within the changing environment of system support. Our state agencies are dealing with increasingly large and more frequent business technology system implementations. We are
currently doing a review of project management needs to include the specific knowledge, skills and abilities needed for project managers, to whom the individuals report and how they relate to agencies and our Bureau of Information and Telecommunications.
