However, only the Physician I is eligible for on call pay, Physician II is not. Physician I tends to have lower seniority and work in our more populous settings such as the Department of Corrections and Human Services Facilities.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:trebuchet ms,sans-serif;font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:trebuchet ms,sans-serif;font-size:small">It is in Rule.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:trebuchet ms,sans-serif;font-size:small">3-45. When an Employee is called in or back to work, they shall receive their regular rate of pay or overtime pay, whichever applies, for hours worked or 2 hours pay, whichever is more.
