<p class="MsoNormal">It is time to start the insurance renewal process involving the  State’s April 1, 2016

Aviation and Foreign Liability insurance policies.  Please open and view the two attached cover letters for additional information.

<p class="MsoNormal">After viewing the cover letters: <o:p></o:p></p>

<ol style="margin-top:0in" start="1" type="1">

<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Please  log into the Risk Management Information System (<b>RMIS</b>), (<i>Refer to the  RMIS Agency User Manual, if necessary</i>) 

<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Select the applicable line of insurance coverage (Aviation AND Foreign).

<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">After entering into the applicable insurance screen, click on the

<b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">2017 Fiscal Year</span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt">

</span>drop down.  <o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Then click<b> “GET ALL”</b> which opens the various data input fields.   

<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">For the Aviation coverage, please add all applicable Aviation Charter trips<b><u> which occurred in calendar year 2015(prior calendar year trips).</u></b>   <o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">For the Foreign liability coverage, enter applicable information into the RMIS coverage screen for each Foreign trip that

<b>will occur or is contemplated during <u>the period of April 1, 2016 through April 1, 2017</u>. 

<o:p></o:p></b></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">Please remember to click the “<b>ADD</b>” button after entering the data for each trip, then confirm the trip migrated to the

<b>GRID</b> at bottom of the entry screen.    <o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">When finished entering the annual renewal data into each of the coverage screens, click the “<b>Send to Risk Management</b>” button.<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1"><b>There is an additional form to complete this year for agency owned DRONES.  If applicable, please complete one form for each owned drone.

<p class="MsoNormal">If one or both lines of coverage are <b>not applicable</b> to your agency, simply enter into each of the

<b>2017 RMIS coverage</b> screens and click the “<b>Get all</b>”  button which opens the various data input fields, then click the “<b>not applicable</b>” button, and finally click the “<b>Send to Risk Management</b>” button as proof that the coverage is declined. 

 The process will then be complete.   <o:p></o:p></p>
