Lodge </span></strong>to the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC), </span></span><span style="mso-bookmark:_Hlk120886194"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif">the body that regulates investor-owned or privately-owned utilities

includes 17 years of regulatory responsibilities in the Idaho telecommunications industry. Lodge formerly served as Special Assistant to Governor Dirk Kempthorne and Director of Communications for Governor Phil Batt. He currently serves as Vice President of
the Caldwell Night Rodeo and as a board member of the Western Heritage Foundation. Lodge received his Master of Business Administration from George Fox University in Newberg, Ore.<o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
