<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:10.0pt;line-height:115%">The Office of the Governor is interested in receiving feedback from state employees on potential changes being discussed by the
<i>Legislature’s Interim Committee on State Employee Group Insurance and Benefits (Interim Committee*)</i> and how these changes may impact a state employees’ healthcare benefits package and overall total compensation. Total Compensation is the combination
of a state employee’s salary and benefits. Your participation is <b>strongly encouraged</b> so we can better evaluate the impact of any changes to employee benefits.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:10.0pt;line-height:115%">The survey content was developed in partnership with Korn Ferry (KF), an expert in total compensation analysis and strategy. You will receive an email from KF on
<b>Monday, August 27, 2018,</b> with a unique survey link. The survey will be administered online and open for responses until
<b>Monday, September 10, 2018.</b> <o:p></o:p></p>
