<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The Governor’s Office has received questions about the health plan questions in the survey. The purpose of the health plan questions is to gauge
 employees’ understanding of their current benefits, the priority they place on those benefits as a component of their total compensation, and their opinion on some of the potential alternate plan options that have been brought forward by the Legislature. The
 Governor has consistently supported employee benefits in his annual budget submitted to the Legislature.

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">In addition to gathering employee feedback via the State of Idaho employee opinion survey, the Governor’s Office has also directed the Department
 of Administration to gather information from the healthcare industry about innovation and services available in Idaho that might benefit our employees and the State’s health plan. All of the information gathered will be evaluated and presented to the appropriate
 legislative committees as budgets and legislation are developed over the next year.
