<p class="MsoNormal">After a lot of analysis, it has been decided to allow employees who do not have State email addresses to use their personal email addresses in Luma. If they do not have a personal email address, they should create one online and there are
a lot of different websites that have free options. If they are unwilling to create a free email online, please have the agency contact me.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If the employee has a State email address, it should be used as the work email in Luma. Employees can add a secondary email address which can be their personal email address.
