In the recruitment meeting, I believe there was some confusion surrounding moving candidates through the hire process with a
<b>zero score</b>. Please do not move candidates to further steps in the hiring process with a zero score. Applicants for classified positions cannot be referred or hired if they do not answer and pass the two-question exam that is required.
<b>Please ensure you are checking applicant scores before moving them through steps.</b><o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">If you see a difference in the “Number of Candidates” and “Applications”, this is because while we removed the application started step, the applications are still out there. This
is so that any internal candidates would like to finish their application, they can, but as long as they are in “application started” they are not visible to you:<o:p></o:p></li></ul>

<b>Seasonal</b> on <b>Indeed</b>, this is due to the template having the verbiage “*Benefits may not be applicable for temporary or seasonal positions.” We have removed this verbiage from the template for future use, however, that will not correct the postings
you already have out there. <o:p></o:p></li><ul style="margin-top:0in" type="circle">

We have updated all email templates to now be the <b>Job Posting Title</b>. Prior to this the requisition was pulling over the title of the position which was often unclear to candidates due to the short descriptions.
