he coordinated all census geographic programs for the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington and northern California. With the closure of the Seattle regional office in 2012, Rick was exiled to working from his home on Mercer Island, WA, where he continues
to work on geographic programs for the Bureau. Rick received degrees in geography from the University of Illinois (BA-1977) and the University of Washington (MA-1981).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="Default"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Donna is the GIS/Engineering Services Coordinator for the City of Hayden. She is the Vice-President of the Northern Rockies Chapter of URISA and participates in the local, regional and state GIS Community through
her work with the Idaho Geospatial Council - Executive Committee, the North Idaho Regional Resource Center Steering Committee, and the North Idaho GIS Users. Donna received her Associate of Science in Mathematics from North Idaho College, and a Bachelor's
of Arts (suma cum laude) in Mathematics and Education from Whitworth College, and followed that with coursework to complete minors in Computer Science, Science, and Business. After teaching for 10 years, Donna began her new career at the City of Hayden.
She was hired to learn the new software from ESRI to make planning department maps as well as, other duties as assigned. When the GISP discussion was beginning, she went back to school and completed the first certificate program offered by University of Idaho.
Donna is a life-long learner and believes that training and education are very important to any professional especially with the many changes in software and hardware requirements. In addition to studying related to GIS, Donna has taken coursework related
to Engineering, she is active in adult bible study, and she continues to tutor students in mathematics. Donna's husband is an LSIT and as such discussion time at home can be very interesting. She is the mother of a 13 and 15 year old and she enjoys a wide
pallet of music and theatre, most crafting, sewing and cooking projects, as well as the great outdoors.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

involved in the GIS community for long enough to have some great stories to tell, but don’t worry I won’t. I live on the Portneuf River on 13 acres which I consider paradise; although it is a lot of work it’s very rewarding.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="Default"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Dawn offers a skillset that is uniquely in-line with the IGC-EC responsibilities (as a subcommittee of the ITA). A lifelong resident of the Pacific NW, Dawn calls Hayden, Idaho her home. She is the owner of
TerraMapping LLC, a company that specializes in GPS/GIS mapping solutions with a focus on historical and environmental projects and has been involved in the measuring community since 1995. Her formal education in Civil Engineering led her to find her true
passion in survey and mapping. Dawn has had the opportunity to work with the top Trimble Navigation dealers in the U.S. as a sales manager and then as a Certified Mobile GPS/GIS Trainer. Her role as a trainer allowed her to work with a diverse network of users
including military, state agencies and private users. Dawn has also worked and maintained a close relationship with UniVision Computers, a Montana-based IT company that specializes in IT services for many educational, financial and law enforcement clients.
As an account manager she gained a working knowledge of IT services including web development, network security, VoIP telecommunications and Network recovery. She continues education on new ESRI and Trimble products as they become available. As a member of
the IGC-EC, Dawn will bring with her years of diverse experience and the ability to work with a team to move goals forward.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
