[Igcm] GIS Records Retention Policy recommendation - To be presented for approval at the July 19 IGC-EC meeting

MESSAGE SENT ON BEHALF OF KEITH WEBER, ISU

Attached is the draft GIS Records Retention Schedule recommendation, which will be presented at the July 19 IGC-EC meeting in Boise as an action item for approval.  Information (including meeting notice and agenda) will be posted in accordance with Idaho's open meeting law.

Once IGC-EC has approved the recommendation, it will be submitted to the Idaho State Historical Society (ISHS) for inclusion as a new GIS records retention schedule of the Idaho State Archives (following final review by ISHS).
