[IGCM] Soils Dataset now posted to ITA and GIS websites

Good morning,

The Soils Dataset Standard, which was approved by the IGC-EC in 2017, is now posted as ITA Standard S4260 to the ITA and GIS websites and can be found on the ITA website under the "Resources" tab (Standards / 4000 Information and Data) and on the GIS website under the "Framework" tab (Standards).  This standard was inadvertently left off the websites, but is now posted.
