This standard describes the spatial and tabular data structure of the two datasets describing Idaho Congressional and Legislative Districts respectively. * The layers were developed by the Idaho Commission for Reapportionment. The standard was then drafted from that Final Report by the contractor supporting redistricting mapping for the Idaho Legislative Office. It was then further edited and approved by the Boundary Technical Working Group ? S4xxx_Recent and Historical Digital Imagery.
