[IGCM] IGC Standards Review - Comment Period Ending March 1, 2023

[Idaho Geospatial Council Membership]

IGC Members and Stakeholders,

As a reminder, the next IGC-EC meeting is scheduled for Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 1:30 pm MT. The agenda and handouts will follow in a separate email.

Attached are two Standards for your consideration:

·         S4xxx_Idaho Legislative and Congressional Districts. This standard describes the spatial and tabular data structure of the two datasets describing Idaho Congressional and Legislative Districts respectively.

     *   The layers were developed by the Idaho Commission for Reapportionment. The standard was then drafted from that Final Report by the contractor supporting redistricting mapping for the Idaho Legislative Office. It was then further edited and approved by the Boundary Technical Working Group


·         S4xxx_Recent and Historical Digital Imagery. This standard describes the vision and geospatial data structure of a Recent and Historical Digital Imagery Framework in the State of Idaho.

     *   The draft standard was developed by the Imagery Lead then further edited and approved by the Imagery Technical Working Group.

Comment Period:

  *   Comment period is open until 5:00 pm MT on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
  *   Please submit comments and feedback to Catherine.Thies at its.idaho.gov<mailto:Catherine.Thies at its.idaho.gov>
  *   Negative responses (or no feedback/comment) are requested from all voting committee members
  *   Do NOT reply all with your comments to avoid any open meeting law issues
