<div class="">Jim Szatkowski, you need to check into how your emails are being sent out. The address "<a href="mailto:ipelsnews@admws.idaho.gov" class="">ipelsnews@admws.idaho.gov</a>” is listed in the CC field. When people are attempting to unsubscribe, they
(or at least some of them) are hitting “reply all” which copies their reply to the CC list, which send their replies to everyone on the list. </div>
