We will be upgrading the software on the State Call Manager phone system from version 11.0 to 11.5 and adding a new language PAK (software) to the Unity Connection voicemail servers.<o:p></o:p></p>

will only be briefly interrupted when the servers are rebooted.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt"><i><span style="font-size:12.0pt">All Agencies are encouraged to ensure that services are functioning after the maintenance period.</span><o:p></o:p></i></p>
