<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:6.0pt">Changes are system-wide including supported agencies on the ITS managed VOIP phone system as well as agencies with SIP integrations with the ITS system. The planned maintenance will to make changes to you outbound
call routing and to add +1 to outbound calls. Changes should be transparent to users and should have no service impact.<o:p></o:p></p>
