[Agencyitmanagers] Ivanti ELA Negotiation & Initial Multi-Agency Purchase Completed

MESSAGE SENT ON BEHALF OF CHRIS SMITH, OFFICE OF IT SERVICES:

The Ivanti ELA (Enterprise License Agreement) negotiation and the initial multi-agency purchase has been completed.  If you are one of the agencies within the initial purchase, I will follow up with your agency’s summary purchase information.

Here are a few of the key details:

  *   Price - $45/user/year
  *   Initial Purchase Count - 5750 (12 Agencies)
  *   Anniversary Date - December 20th; the ELA is a single contract with a single anniversary date. The anniversary date will be determined by the initial purchase. All subsequent licenses purchased, will be co‐terminated with the ELA anniversary date.
  *   ELA Includes the entire Ivanti Product Stacks (5) and any future capabilities/features added to those stacks:  Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Endpoint Security (SEC), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Service Management (SM), and Identity Management (IM).
  *   Server Ratios: Ivanti will entitle server licenses to state agencies at a rate of 1:3.33 for aggregate user counts up to 10,000 users. Once the agreement has an aggregate user count equal to or greater than 10,000, the entitlement ratio will become 1:5 for remaining agencies. Entitlement for ILO for Servers, an OEM product, will be 1:10.
  *   Analyst Ratios: Ivanti will entitle analyst licenses to state agencies at a rate of 1:5 for aggregate user counts up to 10,000 users. Once the agreement has an aggregate user count equal to or greater than 10,000, the entitlement ratio will become 1:20 for remaining agencies.
  *   Licensing - agency licensing dispersed out of a total pool; TBD
