[Agencyitmanagers] Lessons learned from Office 365 implementation

I didn't get any responses from my last request, so I'm trying again. DEQ is looking to implement Office 365 and is looking for feedback on how your implementation went and any lessons we can learn. I know there are a couple other agencies interested in migrating as well.
In particular:
1) What went right and what could have went better? If you had to do it again, what would you do differently?
2) Are the conversion costs in-line with your estimates? Are the on-going costs in-line with your estimates?
3) Did any agency use a contractor to do all the conversion work?
