[Agencyitmanagers] Question regarding Laserfiche usage by agencies

Good Morning -

Eastern Idaho Public Health has used Laserfiche for about 10 years as document storage for our Immunization, Billing, Fiscal and Environmental Health programs.
It is quite user friendly and there is a feature for our outlying counties to use it as well via a web portal (although depending on bandwidth this can become a bit troublesome).

We are working with a few agencies that are currently using software from Laserfiche, and would like to know if your agency is using, or considering using, this software.

If your agency is, we would appreciate it if you would respond to this email to let either me or Bill Farnsworth (bill.farnsworth at cio.idaho.gov<mailto:bill.farnsworth at cio.idaho.gov>) know so that we can coordinate information sharing and expertise as agencies look at this solution.
