[Agencyitmanagers] [EXTERNAL] Question regarding Laserfiche usage by agencies

For the past 3 years, Labor has been using OnBase (by Hyland) for our ECM solution.

We use OnBase for document scanning and retrieval.  The product integrates well with our unemployment insurance system and with SharePoint to automate document management.

Using OnBase's document retrieval features has increased our staff's.

We have been happy with the product and with the support provided by the local reseller.

We are working with a few agencies that are currently using software from Laserfiche, and would like to know if your agency is using, or considering using, this software.
