[Agencyitmanagers] Information on the outage - Hardware Failure

Greetings,

We have been experiencing some core network issues for some time, and troubleshooting the issue has been very difficult.
The problem was isolated to a single piece of hardware, and we are working to replace this now.
As we have had several hardware related issues over the last couple of months, we are looking at taking more drastic measures to improving the overall reliability of the network.
