[Agencyitmanagers] Annual IT billings from Office of IT Services (ITS)

This week, our office will be mailing out the annual IT billings to the agencies for whom we provide services/support (including the annual ITA billing).  The billings will be sent as a single package via statehouse mail (or U.S. postal service) to department directors, agency heads, and elected officials.  Monthly billings will NOT be included in the package.

For reference, I've attached the billing descriptions for the services that are billed annually.  Please note that not all agencies contract for all services we provide.

In past years, a few of you have requested that I email you the billing details for your specific agency as a courtesy.  If you would like me to email you the specific amounts your agency is being billed for this year, please reply to this email and I would be happy to forward that information to you individually.  Please also include any additional staff (such as fiscal) whom you would like me to include.
