[Agencyitmanagers] Complimentary Microsoft Teams Training (hosted by SHI) - Thursday, April 16

Good morning,

There has been quite a bit of interest in today's Teams training hosted by SHI, although I've heard from quite a few people who are unable to attend either of today's training times.

I'm waiting to hear back from the vendor on whether these trainings will be available "on demand" for viewing later, or if they will have future trainings available.  Once I hear back I will email all of you with that information.

In the meantime, we (ITS) have also posted some short "how to" Teams video links on our website at:  https://its.idaho.gov/how-to-resources/

One of the state's current vendors, SHI, is hosting two complimentary training sessions tomorrow (April 16) on the use of Microsoft Teams [cid:image001.png at 01D613E5.F62581A0] .

SHI is offering these trainings as a free resource for all current state employees on Office 365 who have access to Teams.
