[Agencyitmanagers] Updated ITA Policies, Standards, and Guidelines

The ITA, along with subcommittees ITLC and IGC-EC, have recently approved the following additions and revisions to the following ITA Policies, Standards, and Guidelines. If you have any questions, please contact Kristin Bartz at 208-605-4064.

Policies

  *   P1020 - Idaho.Gov Portal Privacy Notice<https://ita.idaho.gov/psg/p1020.pdf>. This policy moved definitions to G105 - Glossary of Terms and corrects a clerical error.
  *   P5030 - Framework Standards Development Policy<https://ita.idaho.gov/psg/p5030.pdf>. This revision created a new process to develop, review, and approve GIS Data Standards; streamlined creation and approval process, removing redundant steps. **Note: please share with your GIS staff**

Standards

  *   S3110 - Network Services: Internet/Intranet Web Browser<https://ita.idaho.gov/psg/s3110.pdf>. This standard removes Internet Explorer from recommended browsers and adds Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
  *   S6010 - Cybersecurity Incident and Breach Response Management and Reporting (with Handbook<https://ita.idaho.gov/psg/s6010.pdf>). This standard updates the reporting requirements to be consistent with Idaho Statute and adds WebEOC and the required platform for reporting. Incorporates G525 and G585.

Guidelines

  *   G105 - Glossary of Terms<https://ita.idaho.gov/psg/g105.pdf>. Updated with additional definitions.
  *   G120 - Exemption Process<https://ita.idaho.gov/psg/g120.pdf>. Updated mailing address and clarified language in Section III Guidelines.
  *   G525 and G585 - Cybersecurity Incident and Breach Management and Reporting Guidelines. These guidelines were rescinded and superceded by S6010 (see above).
