Additional information - The commercial property is located in Lewiston,
but the potential client lives in western Washington.  The work would be
done via email and telephone.  I am licensed in Idaho, but this is a bit
outside my comfort zone and would prefer an Idaho attorney handle the
matter.  You would work directly with the potential client as I am
passing this on for an associate of mine.

 

I would provide him with your contact information and Mr. Sahotra would
call you shortly.
