[CLBS] Car loans after filing

Easy, big fella!  I take it the clients are trying to get a loan to buy a
car, not get a  loan against the car that mean old trustee now owns.
Assuming its a chapter 7, they are free to go into hock.  Whether or not
its a good idea is a different question.
   As to finding a lender, I wonder why someone who probably just stiffed a
a lender on a car loan is not considered a good risk by other car lenders. 
Will have to ponder that one.

And you think it's a good idea to create a post-petition lien in estate
property without authorization of the Court or the Code?  Is there a Code
provision you would rely on that authorizes this sort of thing - especially
RIGHT after bankruptcy???

Does anyone know of a place that will loan for a car right after a
bankruptcy in the Twin Falls area.  My client has been denied all over the
place.   My clients have never had difficulties with this in the past.  Does
anyone have any good ideas?
