[CLBS] 5th Amendment ruling

Folks:

Attached is a decision re: 5th amendment law and bankruptcy.  I've found
only one other Idaho decision on this issue (the winning side was argued by
someone named "Myers"), so this may be one to file away for future
reference.  Nice job by TJ Angstman, Natasha Hazlett and Wyatt Johnson
defending this appeal for the trustee.
