Check the attorney directory at nacba.org, click on Resources and then attorney finder, or  or abiworld.org.  NACBA shows only the Henan Law Firm, John Heenan and Mandi Gibbs, in Billings.

In abiworld.org, go to the Consumer Bankruptcy Center, then under "For Consumers," click on Search for Certified Attorney and insert city and state at the bottom.  That shows two business certified attorneys, Malcom Goodrich and Charles Hingle.   Whether either would handle consumer bks is uncertain.
