[CLBS] Life Insurance Expense

I have an elderly couple making monthly life insurance payments on multiple policies- monthly payment ends up being close to $900.  Factoring these payments into the Means Test, the couple appears eligible to file a chapter 7.  Without the life insurance expense they will need to file a chapter 13.  Is there a decision setting a cap on the monthly expense for life insurance policies?  Other thoughts?
